One of the standout projects of 9PMP in 2022 is The Song, a combination of Apartments, Tourism, and Hotels located in the prime location of Vung Tau city, right on Thi Sach street near Thuy Van beach, offering convenient access to sports, entertainment, and relaxation activities.The Song is one of the projects that meets customer satisfaction with its outstanding features of ideal, modern, and sophisticated living space in Vung Tau city.
At the Vietnam Property Awards ceremony, The Song won two awards: “Best Architectural Design Apartment Project” and “Best Interior Design Apartment Project”. The Song is a large-scale and iconic project designed to become a symbol of Vung Tau city. With a total investment of 1.4 trillion VND, it consists of 36 floors and 2 parking basements, along with 10,000m2 of commercial service floor designed and built to 5-star luxury and modern standards.
