As a MEP Engineer at 9PMP, you will play a pivotal role as below:

Key responsibilities

• Direct report to M&E Manager
• Perform assigned duties, ensure all duties are undertaken within the required time-frame.
• Assist in management of contractors to achieve project goals.
• Attend Construction Coordinate Meeting to discuss on technical field.
• Monitor and inspect daily of M&E activities, progress and manpower of Contractors.
• Monitoring schedule compliance and Risk management.
• Responsible for coordinating MEP contractors’ activities to keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare of Weekly/ Daily Site Picture Progress Report for issuance to Client.
• Propose solution to M&E Contractor actual discrepancy or complex occurred in comparison to Shop Drawing or Design.
• Reviewed and written comments on method statements and shop drawings submission from contractors.
• Conduct/ Inspect Testing and Commissioning for Electrical, Extra Low Voltage System.
• Other tasks as per Project’s requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Heat & Refrigeration.
• At least 5 years of working experience for projects: High rise building/Office/Factory/Hotel/Villa
• Had experience in supervision during the finishing stage of the project.
• Must have Supervision License – Rank I is priority
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate in English.

• Ready to work overtime and work away from home (Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang….) as required.
