As a Project Manager at 9PMP, you will play a pivotal role as below:
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
- Assess the main risks/Issues of the project, update, report daily and weekly on the Company’s AECIS System.
- Prepare supporting documents for project management, from the initial stage to construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Lead and motivate project team members to ensure high performance and successful project outcomes and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
- Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage all tendering processes, contract awards and cost control.
- Ensure that on-site works adhere to the latest approved drawing and specifications.
- Manage contractors’ work progress on site and monitor resource adequacy.
- Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on-site.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry and 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Planning, Contract management, project Cost Management for residential/Commercial/retail/Hospitality/Industrial projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluent in Microsoft office or project management software.
- Construction Supervision/Project Management License – Grade I issued by Construction Ministry.
- PMP Certificate is a must.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good Interpersonal, communication, decision-making, planning, leadership, reporting, problem-solving, time, risk and conflict management, budgeting skills, interact well with high-level stakeholders.
- Willing to work away from home.
