PROJECT OVERVIEW

9PMP was selected from Japanese Investor to provide Technical Review for 13 Azumaya hotel chain for their decision to acquire project. The hotel chain includes 4 hotels in Ho Chi Minh, 5 in Hanoi, 1 in Hai Phong, 1 in Da Nang, 1 in

Phnom Penh and 1 in Yangon. Each hotel has about 40 to 50 rooms.

9PMP helped Client perform Technical Review, check legal documents, survey and check the current condition of all systems, provide maintenance plan and estimate repair cost for Customers to evaluate and decide.
