PROJECT OVERVIEW

Thien Duc Apparel Factory locates at Lot A4, Tan Kim Expansion Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Hamlet, Can Giuoc Town, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province. The project is building in phase 2 with the scale: 2 floors, total grand floor area is ​​3,150 m². The project includes the following items: Operator /Canteen for officials and employees: 504m², security house: 13.5m², garbage house :32 m², electricity / electrical cabinets / generators: 48m². Total construction area is 3,907m².

The Thien Duc has been successfully completed with the prestigious Leed Silver Certification. This significant accomplishment marks a milestone in the company’s pursuit of sustainable and environmentally responsible practices. The factory’s expansion was a strategic move by Thien Duc to enhance its production capacity and meet the growing demand for its high-quality custom headwear products. Adding a new area of 3150 square meters across two levels has allowed the company to accommodate advanced machinery and adopt more efficient production processes, ultimately contributing to a more streamlined and sustainable operation.
