PROJECT OVERVIEW

SLP Park Xuyen A is located in Duc Hoa district, Long An province. It is one of the three districts of Long An province bordering Ho Chi Minh City. The project has a strategic location, located at the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, which will help customers connect and trade conveniently between Long An province, the Mekong Delta region and Ho Chi Minh City. Serving as a bridge between Ho Chi Minh City and 12 provinces of the Mekong Delta, SLP Park Xuyen A is considered one of SLP’s most promising projects in the southern logistics market. SLP Xuyen A factory has a scale of 3 factories with a total built-up area of over 90,000 square meters. The project’s unique feature is the use of concrete columns and assembled floors. This method takes advantage of the good compressive strength of concrete combined with the extremely superior tensile strength of high-strength steel, creating a material with the ability to withstand heavy loads. In the case of structures that require a high load-bearing capacity and to span large spans, prestressed concrete technology is the first choice. This approach helps to create solid, reliable structures that effectively support technical requirements and ensure the stability of future construction projects.  SLP Park Xuyen A – Long An

Components are manufactured in advance in the factory. On the other hand, they can be used as through-floor columns (with a length of up to 2-3 floors), which shortens the construction time at the construction site. In addition, components use high-strength concrete, combined with factory production conditions, so the surface quality of the components when finished is very high, no finishing mortar layer is required at the construction site, reducing the amount of formwork, scaffolding used at the construction site, therefore saving costs, reducing construction time and risks.
