PROJECT OVERVIEW

Pure Projects Vietnam has been engaged by BIM Group Vietnam to provide Project Management and Construction Management services for the successful delivery of the Intercontinental Resort Phu Quoc project in Vietnam. The Intercontinental Phu Quoc Resort is one of a number of internationally branded 5-star hotel resort projects located on the island of Phu Quoc. The modern and luxurious 5- star hotel will retain the traditional Vietnamese architecture while providing modern amenities and facilities for its guests and to international standards as required by the Operator, Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). The project will consist of 18 levels, 370 hotel rooms ranging in size from 45 –

132  sqm  per  room  built  across  72,000  sqm  of  GFA.  The  amenities  of  the  resort  will  include

Restaurants, Bars, Conference Hall, Banquet Hall, Shopping Mall, Day Spa and Sports Club.
