Crowne Plaza Vientiane Complex

 Pure Projects Vietnam has been engaged by BIM Group Vietnam to provide Project Management and Construction Management services for the successful delivery of the Crowne Plaza Vientiane Complex in Laos. The Vientiane Complex is the first Grade A commercial office project located in the centre of Laos’ Capital, which consists of a 5-Star Crowne Plaza Hotel, Shopping Mall, Serviced Apartments and Grade A Office space with 100,000 sqm of total GFA construction area. The modern and luxurious 5-star hotel will retain the traditional Laotian architecture while providing modern amenities and facilities for its guests and to international standards as required by the Operator, Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG).

Crowne Plaza Vientiane is expected to be the preferred accommodation and recreation location for tourists as well as Laotians alike. It will also fulfil the demands of International Summits, ASEM Summit and other national events.
