PROJECT OVERVIEW

Aqua City Resort by Fusion Project with the land area of 10,743 m2, located frontage to Dong Nai river, is developed by VINALIVING and NOVALAND Group. The resort will be developed to achieved 4 star international standard under Fusion Group’s operation.
The resort will consist of 3 main building elements namely Bock A, Block B, Villa which have direct view to Dong Nai river. Construction height from 2 to 3 floors, including of 51 rooms. The resort is designed with intent of French colonial style which was very populated in Viet Nam in 19th century for both exterior and interior. In addition, support FOH and BOH including utilities buildings, swimming pool & pool bar, kids’ playground, parking… will be integrated in the resort.

9PMP is appointed by the investor VINA LIVING to perform Project Management and Construction Management (PM & CM) services for the Aqua City Resort by Fusion Project.
