3. Delivered Products and Reports
• Monthly Project Management Report – Every first week of the month.
• Monthly Construction Supervision Report – Every first week of the month.
• Project Safety Report – Every first week of the month.
• Project Environment Report – Every first week of the month.
• Weekly progress report – Every Tuesday of the week.
• Issue and submit required documents to the Employer in stages.
• Project Completion Report – One (01) month after the project is completed (actually) or one (1) month after the Test and Test is completed.
• As-built documentation – One (1) month after actual completion (includes documents to be submitted to local authorities).
Part of these reports will be released through the 9PMP Project Management Software.
