As a Construction Manager at 9PMP, you will play a pivotal role as below:

Key responsibilities:
– Supervising a construction team and delegating tasks.
– Overseeing the daily construction process on the job site.
– Checking construction process to ensure the project meet all process.
– Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
– Assess the main risks/Issues of the project, update, report daily and weekly on the Company’s AECIS System.
– Lead the project team to meet client requirements in terms of safety, quality, schedule and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
– Ensure that on-site works adhere to the latest approved drawing and specifications.
– Manage contractors’ work progress on site and monitor resource adequacy.
– Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on-site.

Key Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry and 7 years of experience as a Construction Manager in Planning, Construction management for residential/Commercial/retail/Hospitality/Industrial projects
– A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
– Fluent in Microsoft office or project management software.
– Construction Supervision License – grade I issued by Construction Ministry.
– PMP Certificate is a must.
– Proficiency in English.
– Good Interpersonal, communication, decision-making, planning, leadership, reporting, problem-solving, time management, risk management, conflict management, and budgeting skills, interact well with high-level stakeholders.
– Willing to work away from home.
